With diverse backgrounds ranging from a Director of Financial Planning and Cloud Solution Product Strategy Expert to Project Managers and a Non-Profit leader- these individuals are highly regarded within their fields and are looking to bring their expertise to a new organization where they can continue to be game changers. An accomplished finance professional with seventeen years progressive experience in finance and business IT operations for companies ranging from startups to large conglomerates.

Current experience includes:

  • Responsible for managing & driving his current company’s Yearly & Long range planning, forecasting, management reporting and business processes.

  • Provides leadership in driving fiscal operations & efficacy including managing core operating expenses, including managing $100M Research and Development budget (including DCAA Government contract compliance).

  • Core competencies include working closely and business partnering with the Functional VP’s & the executive team in building their yearly goals and commitments, plus providing reporting tools & metrics to manage them effectively.

  • Evaluate & review new strategies, large procurements & contracts, new business opportunities and lead & guide the functions involved to execute effectively.

  • Support and guide the Controller’s organization in preparation of MD & A documents, SOX processes, earnings release support analysis, shareholder/investor presentations and SEC reporting

  • Championed the “Business case analysis” and financial viability habit for all Program/Product roadmap by rallying key product, sales and R& D teams for a thorough detail oriented process for success.

A Senior Project Manager, she has ten years’ experience managing marketing-driven projects including:

  • Managing her current company’s production studio consisting of production artists, flash developers, proofreaders, and quality control specialists.

  • She is the single point of contact for all work moving through the studio—estimating, scheduling, resourcing, and trafficking all projects from start to finish. Primary responsibilities include training, process improvement, triaging, load-balancing, and prioritizing.

  • In her previous role she managed an average of 15 to 30 projects with varying scopes, budgets, and timing from scoping and estimating, through scheduling, the kickoff, creative development.

  • Enjoys training and mentoring junior project managers, working creatively to solve problems, and identifying ways to improve processes.

A Cloud solution product strategy expert, his experience within Datacenters and Cloud includes:

  • Drove and created VMware message for fortune 500 company that included positioning against new products, responding to competitive threats, and weaving that message into corporate and partner materials.

  • Built sales, technical, and marketing assets for fortune 500 cloud OS to improve in-market offerings for Hosting Service Providers, which is an increasingly important audience for the company.

  • Delivered business and product support to the Datacenter Team, helping them drive a revenue increase of 166% over two years.

  • Managed marketing team that developed go-to-market strategy that targeted new market opportunities including hybrid cloud, mobile/devices, identity federation, and anytime, anywhere access.

  • He also improved field readiness and alignment of sales between two large organizations by developing joint messaging for server product lines and private cloud solutions.

  • Built the marketing strategy, training, and Yammer community for the Embedded Intelligent Systems Partner competency, supporting divisional efforts to reach $1B in revenue.

  • Developed partner messaging and positioning for private cloud solutions and delivered to 40 global Systems Integrators.

She has over 8 years of experience working with a diversified health care partner that serves members across the United States through health insurance, dental insurance, vision care and reinsurance. Her current company operates health insurance plans in 3 states and serves 5.2 million members.

Experience includes:

  • Being the project Lead on her company’s Performance Guarantees to ensure they are met with little or no financial impact to the company.

  • Analyzing and presenting monthly performance results to management focusing on strategic monitoring of high-risk clients and cost avoidance.

  • Coaching and mentoring team members on key points of business and system functionality.

  • Streamlining reporting requests and providing ad hoc support to internal and external business partners.

  • She also has been a Business Analyst and a Claims Adjustment Specialist at the same healthcare organization.

He brings 12+ years of leadership experience and a record of accomplishment in fundraising, building relationships, successfully marketing programs and services, developing and implementing growth strategies, and creating consensus among diverse constituent groups in various Not for Profit organizations.

Experience includes:

  • Fund development expert who transformed an international organization by driving a 70% increase in earned income and an unprecedented six-figure gain in donor revenue.

  • Collaborative leader with a record of creating cohesive, high-performance teams and generating broad-based support for strategic initiatives.

  • Relationship manager with a history of successfully managing the needs of diverse communities, developing and implementing creative engagement strategies, and building communities of volunteers.

  • Seasoned strategist with a record of developing and executing successful growth strategies and cultivating strategic partnerships.
